SSB Physical Test Admit Card 2026 Out; The Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) has released the admit card for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) for candidates who applied for Constable to Sub Inspector (Non-GD) posts on recruitment.ssb.gov.in and ssb.gov.in. SSB Constable to Sub Inspector (Non-GD) Physical Test Date 2026

According to a notification issued by the SSB, the PET and PST exams will begin on August 19. For the PET exam, male candidates will be required to complete a 4.8-kilometer run within 24 minutes, and female candidates will be required to complete a 2.4-kilometer run within 18 minutes. Furthermore, the height requirements for the PST exam are 170 cm for male candidates and 157 cm for female candidates.
